makefast.app started because too many good ideas were dying somewhere between the pitch and the first build - stuck in agency timelines, open-ended invoices and handovers nobody could pick up. The way we work is a reaction to that.
Fixed scope, fixed price
You get a number and a date before we start, and we hold to both. If scope changes, we tell you what it costs before doing the work, not after.
Built to be handed over
Readable code, real documentation and your own accounts. Whether you keep us on or take it in-house, nothing about the project depends on us being around.
Small team, direct contact
You talk to the people writing the code. No account manager in between, no status report standing in for a working build.
Opinions, offered honestly
If we think a feature is a bad idea or a rebuild is cheaper than a rescue, we will say so. You can still overrule us - it is your product.
