Refund Policy
Last updated: October 13, 2025
When you purchase one of our apps through the Apple App Store (iOS/iPadOS) or Google Play Store (Android), refunds are handled according to the policies of those stores. We do not have access to your payment information and cannot process refunds directly.
Apple App Store
To request a refund from Apple, open the purchase receipt email you received from Apple and click “Report a Problem” at the bottom. Follow the instructions to request a refund. Apple’s refund policies vary by region, and we have no influence over their decision process.
If your refund request is automatically denied, you can contact Apple Support directly via the iTunes Store Support page. You can also refer to Apple’s official documentation on requesting refunds and viewing your purchase history.
If you wish to prevent renewal of a subscription but keep using it until the end of the current billing period, you can cancel your subscription directly from your device. Apple’s guide on managing App Store subscriptions provides step-by-step instructions.
Google Play Store
Within 14 days of purchase, you may request a refund by emailing your purchase receipt to contact@makefast.app. Please include your Order number and Order date as shown in your Google receipt. Refunds for purchases older than 14 days cannot be processed.
If you cannot find your receipt, visit pay.google.com to view your order history. You may also be able to request a refund directly from Google within 48 hours of purchase by following Google’s refund instructions.
