1. Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of the mobile applications developed by Marko Kukurekovic ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility & Use
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree to comply with all applicable laws when using the app.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Some features may require in-app purchases or subscriptions. Payments are processed by the platform store (Apple/Google) and are subject to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled via your store account.
4. User Content
If you provide content through the app (text, images, audio), you keep ownership but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to operate the app. You are responsible for the legality of what you submit.
5. Privacy
We may collect limited data (device info, anonymous usage, ad identifiers) to improve the app and serve ads. Collection and processing are described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You must not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, misuse, or attempt unauthorized access to the app or related systems. Do not use the app for illegal or harmful purposes.
7. Disclaimer & Liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marko Kukurekovic is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the app, or from third-party services (e.g., ads, analytics).
8. Changes & Termination
We may modify or terminate the app or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance. You may stop using the app at any time.
